The smell can help relieve stress, anxiety or fear. It is helpful at soothing dry, oily, irritated skin as well as acne-prone skin and also reduce appearance of agings.
Oil Burner: 4 drops for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and ears. If skin irritation
occurs immediately discontinue use and consult physician. External use only
