Product Return and Refund Policy

A customer can return the product within 14 days after the day the product is received. The customer shall indicate the order
number and the product must be unused and its packaging must be remained in its original conditions.

Conditions for Returning the Product

The purchased product can be returned only if the product is in the following conditions.
1. The product must be broken.
2. The delivered product does not match your order.
3. The product must be unused and the packaging must be in good condition.
4. We reserve the right to refuse the returned products if the condition of the product and packaging are not in the
    conditions as specify.
5. In the case that the delivery is not possible due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable event, the company will
    arrange a refund for the customer if the event exceed than 7 business days.

Refund Policy
1. In the case where a purchase was made via credit/debit card – We will proceed the refund within 15 business days
    (excluded the bank processing time).
2. In the case where a purchase was made by cash or bank transfer - We will proceed the refund within 15 business days
    (excluded the bank processing time) via bank transfer to the account with the payee’s name.
3. In the case where a purchase was made by PayPal - We will proceed the refund within 15 business days
    (excluded the Paypal processing time) via PayPal system to payee's Paypal account

Cancellation

Customer can make the cancellation at any time before the product is delivered.

Steps to Return the Product
1. Contact us at 02-274-2456 (Monday to Friday : 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) or support@mtsapola.com and inform us the ordering number.
2. We will inform you the returned authorization number (RA No.)
3. Return the product and its packaging together with tax invoice, payment receipt, and other documents that were
    shipped with the shipment. Please write the RA number on the outside returned delivery packaging.
4. Deliver the product to the company address as follows.
