Description : Mandarin essential oil has a cooling effect on the body. It reduces stress and tension. It is calming and mood uplifting.  Mandarin helps support a healthy digestive system, acting as a digestive stimulant to relieve symptoms of indigestion. It's also been used in skin care to balance oily skin, brighten and tone the skin, diminish the appearance of scars, wrinkles, blemishes, and age spots. Mandarin is deodorizing and is often used as an air freshener to combat odors and purify the air.

Use : Diminish acne, stretch marks and scars, reduces pain, anxiety and nausea through aromatherapy, relieve pain, improve blood circulation, remove toxins, improve digestion, nervous relaxant, promote cell growth.

Blend well with : German Chamomile, Geranium, Lemongrass, Petitgrain, Rose, Rosemary, citruses like Neroli, and spices like Coriander, Cinnamon, and Clove Bud.

Direction:
Oil Burner: Add 4 drops of essential oil for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops of essential oil  in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.

Precautions : It is a non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitizing oil, but some phototoxicity has been reported and it would be best to not expose the skin to sunlight after a treatment.
