1. Begin by filling your bathtub with warm water. The water temperature should be comfortable and not too hot, ideally around 37-38 degrees Celsius (98-100 degrees Fahrenheit). Adjust the temperature to your preference.
2. The amount of bath salt needed may vary depending on the type and size of your tub. Generally, you can use 2-3 table spoon of bath salt for a standard-sized bathtub. Adjust the quantity according to your tub size and personal preference.
3. Slowly pour the measured bath salt into the tub while the water is running. This will help the salt dissolve more easily and distribute evenly throughout the water. You can also gently swish the water with your hand to assist the dissolving process.
4. Once the bath salt is fully dissolved, carefully enter the tub and soak for at least 15-20 minutes. This will allow your body to absorb the beneficial minerals and enjoy the relaxing effects of the bath salt. You may choose to soak for longer, depending on your comfort level and personal preference.
5. After soaking, drain the tub and use fresh water to rinse off any remaining salt on your skin. This step is optional but recommended to remove any residue.
6. Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel and apply a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and nourished.
