1. Start by plugging the drain and running warm water into the bathtub. Adjust the water temperature according to your comfort level. Make sure the water is not too hot, as it can dry out your skin and cause discomfort.
2. While the water is running, pour the recommended amount of bubble bath product into the stream of water. This will help to evenly distribute the product and create a rich lather of bubbles. The amount needed may vary depending on the product, so be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle.
3. Use your hands to gently swirl the water around, helping the bubbles to form and spread evenly throughout the bathtub. Be cautious not to splash or create excessive turbulence, as this can cause the bubbles to dissipate quickly.
4. Once the desired level of bubbles is achieved, turn off the water and carefully step into the bathtub. Sit or lie down, and allow your body to soak in the warm, bubbly water. Enjoy the soothing sensation and aromatic scents for 15-30 minutes.
5. When you're ready to get out of the bath, carefully step out of the tub to avoid slipping. Use a handheld showerhead or stand under the shower to rinse off any remaining bubble bath residue from your skin.
6. Gently pat your skin dry with a soft, clean towel. Be sure not to rub too hard, as this can cause irritation.
7. Apply a hydrating body lotion or cream to lock in moisture and keep your skin soft and smooth.
