Description : Rose essential oil is a cell rejuvenator, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory. It heals various skin conditions and combat the signs of aging. It is said that the scent relieves a variety of female problems such as menstrual cramps and PMS symptoms., in addition to being an aphrodisiac. It is known to be an anti-depressant, sedative and stress reliever. It also stimulates the brain and helps to keep you alert and focused.
Use : Soothes and harmonizes the mind and helps with depression, anger, grief, fear, nervous tension and stress and at the same time addresses sexuality, self-nurturing, self esteem and dealing with emotional problems, clearing, cleansing, regulating and purifying effect on the female sex organs and can be used for regulating and balancing hormones, irregular menstruation, moisturizing and hydrating the skin, while having a general stimulant and antiseptic action, which is good for all skin types, but especially so for dry, mature and irritated skin. It is used to repair broken capillaries, inflammation as well as skin redness and is useful in eczema and herpes.
Blend well with : Bergamot, Immortelle, Frankincense, Lavender, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Chamomile, and florals like Jasmine, Neroli, and Geranium.
Oil Burner: Add 4 drops of essential oil for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops of essential oil in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.
Precautions : Rose oil is non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitizing but should not be used during pregnancy.
