Description :  Tangerine Essential Oil can help fight fatigue, irritability, nervous tension, and can aid sleep, especially when combined with Lavender. Tangerine has traditionally been used as a detoxifying agent, promoting the removal of toxins and excess fluid as well as boosting immunity and fortifying against illness. This essential oil is often used as an air freshener to combat odors. It is used in skin care to maintain oil and moisture balance and smooth, soften, and brighten skin.

Use : Soothe the nervous system and has a tonic effect on the digestive system, help flatulence, diarrhea and constipation, help with stretch marks, increasing circulation and reducing fluid retention.

Blend well with : Clary Sage, Frankincense, Lavender, other citruses like Neroli, and spice oils like Cinnamon and Clove.

Direction:
Oil Burner: Add 4 drops of essential oil for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops of essential oil  in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.

Precautions : It is a non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitizing oil, but some phototoxicity has been reported and it would be best to not expose the skin to sunlight after a treatment.
